4. Goods

5. Refund Policy

Services: Cancellation requests must be submitted within seven days of the order date. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within ten business days. If work has commenced or resources have been allocated, partial credits may apply. Custom engagements or projects that begin immediately upon order confirmation are non-refundable due to resource allocation.

Digital Info Products: All sales of digital documents, guides, and templates are final. Once access is granted or files are downloaded, no refund is available given the nature of digital delivery.

Goods: Physical items may be returned within fourteen days of delivery if they remain in original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please Contact Us with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return results from an error by CorpLegalBest. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within ten business days following inspection of the returned item.

Service Transfers: Service appointments may be rescheduled or transferred up to three months from the original date at no extra charge, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be made at least five business days in advance.
